Packleaf is a packaging factory operating with a shift-based workforce and the HR complexity that comes with it. The solution covers attendance tracking linked to shift schedules, leave management with a defined approval flow, overtime calculation against configured rules, and payroll-ready reporting — all within a single, connected platform.
